The buzz of Dinner in the Sky starts well before guests arrive. Often they’ll see the table in the distance, but we’ll provide you with professional renders to help build anticipation with the invites well before day one.

The experience is high profile - it attracts media attention and captivates the eyes and admiration of everyone passing by.

The table, with a central service platform, is surrounded by 22 seats that recline and turn allowing guests to feel the freedom of unparalleled views above a special location of your choice.

Guests are elevated to a height of up to 50m above ground for a flight they’ll talk about for years to come! And now, under the new management team, there are two tables available for events across Australia and New Zealand.

Tastings in the Sky

This celebration in December 2014 celebrated the very best of Tasmanian produce as well as the characters behind the those brands. Over 3 days we welcomed over 250 people with a range of experiences and delicious menus on our table 50m above the Hobart waterfront. One special set of guests had the perfect timing to witness the arrival of line honours in the Sydney to Hobart yacht race.
